A very important goal of the Conference is gathering the different solar technologies in food processing and having the great chance of watching them working. That's why we invited you to bring your solar device and join both exhibition and demonstration.

Exhibition

At the hall of the Palacio de Congresos , where the conference sessions will take place, there will be space for the exhibition. From Wednesday 12th to Friday 14th July the devices have been placed inside the building.

Demonstration

On Saturday 15th July practical demonstration have been held in an open area of more than 1000 m2 at the Parque de las Ciencias (the science museum on Granada).

• From 8:30 to 10:00 p.m. - participants assembling their solar devices
• From 10:00 to 13:00 p.m. - demonstration for the Conference participants
• From 13:00 p.m. to 15:00 p.m. - demonstration open to all public

Basic ingredients, (water, flour, oil, salt, sugar, and some vegetables) were available for all solar cooks. You are more than welcomed to bring other ingredients for your solar cooking recipe.
