Anfitrión y Organizadores
La CONFERENCIA INTERNACIONAL DE COCINA SOLAR Y PROCESADO DE ALIMENTOS 2006 está coorganizada por Fundació Tierra y Solar Cookers Internacional. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar una atmósfera agradable para el intercambio de ideas y de conocimiento.
También esperamos con ilusión poder compartir la herencia cultural de Granada, fruto de la travesía secular entre diversas culturas, siendo la coexistencia de cinco siglos entre musulmanes y cristianos quizás la más notable y única. Además se acompañará de demostraciones de tecnología solar y gastronomía.
